Terry Coutts
Owner

Fun Fact: Terry has played in the World Series of Poker Main event twice!
As the owner of Looker Office, Terry has built a reputation for offering high-quality, stylish furniture solutions that cater to a diverse range of tastes and budgets. With a strong foundation in both customer service and design. Terry has dedicated 38 years to curating an extensive collection of furniture that transforms spaces.

Terry was born in Wainwright Alberta and grew up in Fort Saskatchewan. He has two daughters with wife Angela – Tyra (Chris) and Haylee, and most recently the newest addition to the family Luka. In his spare time, Terry is an avid poker player, golfer and fly fisherman. Terry is a big wine enthusiast, which Angela refers to him as a “wine snob” ​Terry is also a huge Edmonton Oilers fan, just don’t bring up their losing streaks.

Angela Coutts

Fun Fact: Angela was a Radiation Therapist before moving to Red Deer!
As the owner of Looker Office, Angela wears multiple hats, seamlessly balancing resposibilities in sales, accounting, payroll and overall business management. Angela has dedicated 29 years to Looker Office in various roles.

Angela was born on the rock – in Conception Bay South, Newfoundland in a small town called Kelligrews. Outside of managing the business, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters Tyra (Chris) and Haylee, and grandson Luka. Her love for gardening, a great book and traveling keep her busy in her personal time. She also enjoys a round of golf or a weekend away camping. Angela finds joy in balancing her professional achievements with personal fulfillment.

Milena Masojevic

As the managing partner of Looker Office, Milena plays a pivotal role in helping oversee operations, strategy, and customer satisfaction. With a keen eye for design and a deep understanding of the furniture industry. Milena brings 8 years of experience to Looker Office.
Milena has helped the company focus on building long-term relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers, ensuring that the business remains at the forefront of trends and innovation.

Milena was born in Serbia, grew up in Croatia and later moved to Canada in 1999. When not working, Milena enjoys a good book, board games and a binge worthy Netflix show with her pup Ghost.

Mike Schwarz

As a Business Development Representative at Looker Office, Mike’s role is centered on driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, and offering tailored furniture solutions that meet their specific needs.
Mike was born and raised in Red Deer Alberta but calls Sylvan Lake home with his family including his girlfriend and their four children and two cats.

Some of Mike’s favorite things include Magic the Gathering tournaments, Poker, sports and swimming. His favorite hockey team is the San Jose Sharks.

Kelsey Lindner

Kelsey has been with Looker office for 9 years.

Kelsey was born in Saskatchewan and raised in Calgary. She is married with two children and enjoys being outdoors – camping and hiking. She also loves great food and playing games.

Christa Morrison

Christa was born and St. Albert and raised in Elk Point. She currently calls Blackfalds home with her husband and two children. Christ has a love for reading and yoga, and her favorite hockey team is the Edmonton Oilers.

Jen Cryderman

As the Administrative Assistant at Looker Office, Jen is the friendly voice you hear when you call into our office. Not only does she handle a wide range of responsibilities, including scheduling, assisting with client communications, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with inventory management. Jen’s organizational skills ensure that everything from incoming orders to everyday business tasks are handled seamlessly, contributing to a positive experience for both customers and team.

Jen was born in Victoria, BC, raised in Kamloops, BC and moved to Red Deer in 2011. She lives with her husband and two pups Oakley and Neeko. In her spare time, you can find Jen at markets in the summer. Jen enjoys watching the Edmonton Oilers.

Tyson Ness

Tyson was born and raised in Red Deer, where he currently lives with his cat Carlos. He spends his spare time watching the Edmonton Oilers, football and gaming.

James Cooke

James was born in Toronto Ontario and raised in Ponoka Alberta. In his spare time, James loves being outdoors – camping and fishing, and can be found tinkering with cars also. James lives with his family in Red Deer which includes two grown children and two dogs. His favorite sports team is the Toronto Blue Jays.

Ray Evanson

As an Installer at Looker Office Furniture, Raymond is responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of furniture installations, from cubicles and desks to ergonomic seating and storage solutions. With a hands-on approach and technical expertise, Raymond works directly with clients and project managers to ensure that every piece is properly assembled and configured according to design specifications.

Raymond was born and raised in Surrey, BC. He currently lives in Red Deer with his daughter and cat. His favorite thing to do is fly fish and fly tie in his spare time, when he isn’t cheering on the Vancouver Canucks.

Dino Masojevic

As Warehouse Lead at Looker Office Furniture, Dino is responsible for coordinating inventory management, organizing shipments, and maintaining optimal storage practices to ensure quick and accurate order fulfillment. As an Installer, Dino takes pride in delivering top-quality furniture setup, working closely with clients to ensure their office spaces are transformed into functional and aesthetically pleasing environments.

In his spare time, Dino spends time with his family and friends. He currently lives in Blackfalds, AB with his girlfriend.
Our Quality Guarantee
All warranty issues will be dealt with promptly by Looker Office Furniture. At no time will a Looker Office customer have to deal with the manufacturer of the supplied products. Looker will also be responsible for the pick-up of any warranted items and the delivery of the new item.
